山东顺宝建筑安全防护用品有限公司是淄博起凤建工实业股份有限公司与日本通用设备株式会社合资建立的企业，主要是利用世界最先进的设备和技术，生产各类建筑施工安全防护用品，如安全防护网、防护罩等项目总投资1500万元（目前已有设备投资800万元，场地、厂房建设投资150万元，配套设施投入100万元），其中中方占60%，日方占40%的投资比例，项目于1999年10月批准设立，11月开始筹建，2000年5月份进口设备开始安装调试，目前已经正式生产运营。
公司一期引进日本UNIPLAS生产的挤出机生产线一条，价值71.3万美元，为世界上最先进的挤出设备；同时购进德国独资企业卡尔迈耶（KARLMAYER）公司生产的塑料编织机2台，也是当前国内最先进的塑编生产设备。
公司是山东省建筑安全监督总站指定的建筑安全防护网生产企业，产品重点应用在全省及全国建筑施工现场。同时，日方还将在项目全面投产后返销日本部分产品。预计今年生产安全网20万片，二期项目上马后预计年产量可达40万片。
